This would be perfect:

1. Apartment/Loft somewhere in Greenwich Village, or very close.
2. Big windows.
3. Brick.
4. View.
5. Studying full-time at NYU for my Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
6. Working part-time at Mount Sinai.

Now considering that this is a “perfect” list, numbers 1, 5, and 6 are going to need to have some tweaking.

Firstly, I think when I make this big move I’ll have to start working first thing, and hold off on school for like a semester, just so that I have some cashflow, and that I can maintain my apartment (because face it, NY is fuckin’ expensive), and well… my life. I’ll have to work full-time for like a semester, and Mount Sinai sounds so perfect.

But before ANY of this happens, one thing must happen first.

1. I need to get into this nursing program.
